Ian Williams

Operations Manager

Ian joined H&M in 2007, but has specialized in man guarding since 1995. He previously worked for the Royal Opera House, Excel Exhibition Centre, and HSBC Head Quarters in Canary Wharf as a Security Contract Manager.

His operational experience is invaluable, both when dealing with customers and when developing guards. A qualified trainer Ian is approved to deliver SIA training for Static Guarding, Events and CCTV.

As one of our more experienced Operations Managers Ian has responsibility for a number of major contracts including, CCTV Monitoring of Motorway Control Rooms on the M27 and M25, and Rail replacement works being carried out by Network Rail at Milton Keynes.
