Sheri Hall

Human Resource Manager

Sheri has been working for H&M since January 2006, and has recently been promoted to HR Manager. Sheri is responsible for developing H&M’s recruitment, vetting and staff development plans. H&M have regular recruitment days, where we take care to employ the best people who we think will take pride in everything they do.

Over the past two years Sheri has built close relationships with Home Office and Police, to make sure our vetting process not only reach the standards set by BS 7858, bur exceed them. This hard work, by Sheri and her team, has been acknowledged in all our recent accreditation inspections. Sheri has also developed systems to make sure all staff receives regular appraisals and that staff are provided with opportunity for personal development.

Sheri is also heavily involved in charity work and has helped H&M in supporting local charities and community involvement in the areas we work.
