Jim Ferris
Senior Operations Manager
Jim joined the Royal Ulster Constabulary as a cadet in 1975, at the age of 18 and attended the R.U.C. Training centre. Whilst serving in the R.U.C Jim performed a variety of roles, including; Traffic, Uniform Patrol and Special Patrol Group, Criminal Investigation Department, and Military Liaison. Jim took early retirement from the R.U.C in 2000 and moved to London.
On arriving in London Jim began his career in the Security Industry, learning his trade as an Operations Manager. In 2003 Jim joined H&M Security and has been with the company ever since. Jim is now the longest serving member of our operations team, and is responsible for making sure all our customers are receiving the correct level of service.
Jim provides advice and support for our growing team of Operations Managers who are learning from his years of experience. Jim is also responsible for looking after those clients where we look after more than one site and making sure that any changes in requirements or problems they may have are cascaded down to all the operations managers in order that the quality of service is maintained.
