WHAT WE DO

Concierge / Security Receptionist

H&M Security has been supplying Security Receptionists since we were formed in 2000. Our experience helps us develop bespoke solutions for the private and public sector, based on the customers’ particular requirements. We encourage our Guards and management teams to be innovative, and have introduced new working practices, adding value to the role our Security Officers play at every opportunity.

Our Security Receptionist Teams monitor and report on health and safety issues, and each officer receives training in risk assessments and worksite inspections. Our Security Officers receive additional training in customer care including modules on “Meet and Greet”, Meeting Room Management, Switchboard and Corporate Help Desk, together with the provision of a range of Concierge Services. In discussion with our Clients we seek to tailor these core Services to their specific requirements.

We are committed to delivering a customer focused service, we constantly try to not only meet our customers’ expectations but exceed them.

Added value tasks we are able to provide include:

  • Fire Wardens
  • First Aider at Work
  • Out of hours call out
