All our security officers are:

• SIA Licensed for Manned Guarding

• Have good communications skills

• Have the right clothing and equipment for the job

• Are properly inducted and trained, i.e. CSCS.

It’s our aim, that as a client you have complete confidence that your security is being taken care of by professional managers and Security Officers, leaving you free to concentrate on your business.
We have a Control Centre operating 24hours a day, 365 days a year. All our sites are visited by Mobile Supervisors that both, ensure and enhance your security, and support the Security Officer on site. Regular staff briefings and de-briefings are carried out aimed at gathering intelligence, and raising awareness of any risks. Our aim is to raise the standards of manned guarding and give our people pride in the role they perform.

Our selection process is built around the user requirement, effective training and briefing. We aim to put the right people, with the right skills, in the right job.

We have a dedicated Health & Safety Manager who also acts as the company's lead on environmental issues, and a team of very experienced Operations Managers who ensure that quality standards are maintained, and that we fully meet our service promise to you.
